1. Who we are
resumania is operated by Malay Damani (sole proprietor), Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. For any privacy request, email damanimalay@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Your email, the facts and resumes you create, your applications, and basic usage data. If you buy credits, our payment partner Paytm processes the transaction — we receive confirmation of payment but never your full card details.
3. How we use it
To run the service: store your library, compile resumes, tailor to job descriptions and show your tracker. AI enhancement runs on the facts you store, to reframe them — not to invent new ones.
4. AI & your data
You control AI usage in Settings. You can switch off model-improvement use of your data entirely. Enhancement still works either way; it just won't contribute to training.
5. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the product — for example Paytm for payments and our hosting and LaTeX-compilation providers — under contract and only as needed.
6. Your controls & retention
Delete your account at any time to remove your data. We keep your data while your account is active and remove your personal content within a reasonable window after deletion, except where we must retain records for legal or tax reasons.
