Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pay-as-you-go, no subscription

resumania sells one-time credit packs. There is no recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel or auto-renew.

Unused credits — 14-day refund

If you bought a credit pack and haven't spent any of it, email damanimalay@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

Partially used packs

Credits already spent on a compile are non-refundable. Any remaining unused credits from a pack never expire and carry over indefinitely.

Failed compiles

You are never charged credits for a failed compile — our auto-fix re-delivers at no cost — so there is nothing to refund in that case.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original Paytm payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. To request one, email damanimalay@gmail.com with your registered email and order details.
