How to find the right keywords for your resume
The keywords are sitting in the job description. Use the true ones, in context — never a hidden list.
Mine the posting
Pull the recurring skills, tools and phrases from the JD. Words that appear more than once are the ones the recruiter is searching on.
Only claim what's true
A keyword you can't back up in an interview is a trap, not an advantage. Use the ones that genuinely describe your work.
Put them in context
A skill inside a bullet that proves it beats the same word in a stuffed list. Context is what a human trusts and a parser reads cleanly.
Skip white-text tricks
Hidden keywords and invisible text are old spam that modern systems ignore and humans distrust. Real words, honestly placed, do the job.
