The marketing resume: campaigns to numbers

Marketing is the most quantifiable function there is. If your bullets have no numbers, you're underselling.

Every campaign has a metric

Reach, conversion, CAC, pipeline, revenue. 'Ran social campaigns' becomes 'Grew qualified leads 30% via a reworked paid-social funnel.'

Own the channel and the result

Show what you managed and what it produced. A channel without a result is a task; a channel with a result is a hire.

Tools in a skills block

Analytics, ad platforms, CRM and content tools belong grouped and visible — recruiters search them. The bullets carry the persuasion.

Match the specialism

SEO, lifecycle, brand and growth are different jobs. Tailor the resume to the specialism the posting actually wants.
